My Thoughts: The reviews definitely aren't lying when they say this book isn't for the feint of heart. It was constantly fast paced, intense and frankly disturbing. This book was easy to picture once you've seen del Toro's Pan's Labyrinth. Those creatures are right in line with this book's version of vampires. I recommend that movie more than this book, but honestly I wouldn't be surprised if this book were made into a movie. |

With one sexy werewolf-hunter and a few homicidal undead on her tail, Kitty may have bitten off more than she can chew… My Thoughts: Very enjoyable. It was difficult for me to adjust to Vaughn's weres after being so used to Brigg's (Mercy Thompson). I didn't like Vaughn's as well but Kitty is quite likable and made up for this. I also really enjoyed the premise of the plot. |
